About

The internet is changing rapidly and if you're just preparing to embrace Web 2.0 then you're already too late.

Engaging with customers within social communities is already par for the course, it's no longer enough to simply be there, now you need to add value to individuals in these communities providing an on-demand source of information, insight or entertainement.

Many people are talking about the challenge of charging for content, but that time has come and gone, customers will not pay for content however they will pay for an experience that adds value to their lives. The question is not "how much can we charge?", but instead "what sort of value we're going to provide in addition?" that truly makes content engaging.

If you would like help in addressing such a challenge, then get in touch.

A Brief History

Like so many internet startups, Fitch Media started out with a guy dissatisfied with what he saw on the web and with a goal to create an interactive experience to satisfy his own needs.

He set out initially to launch the digital automotive brand, Drivers Republic, recruiting an experienced editorial and commercial team to help deliver a community-driven entertainment experience.

Drivers Republic continues in a new format within Fitch Media's latest community project, SkiddMark, which will present several content channels built around the preferences of its members.

Our Awards

Whatever we set out to achieve, we aim to be better than our competitors, so we were delighted when web developers Lightmaker were awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Website Development by the Interactive Media Awards for Drivers Republic's first website.
